MCT, also known as medium-chain triglycerides, are part of some dietary fats such as coconut fat, palm fat and butter. Triglycerides consist of a glycerol molecule and three fatty acids and are the technical term for fat.
How to Use:
- Begin with twice a day (5ml) spoon a day. Increase intake slowly to 2-3 tablespoons per day. The optimal time for intake should be at least 30 min before a meal for optimal ketone impact.

Recommended use:
