Hours & Days of Operation

Life Care Europe Ltd. is available to help answer questions related to ordering products, returns, and the website in general on regular business days, Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Central European Time.

We speak English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Danish.

We also welcome all questions and comments at info@lefeurope.com. When writing to us via e-mail we will reply within 1 or 2 business days. If you need immediate assistance or haven't received an order confirmation within the first business day of purchase, please call us.

Shipping & Handling

We ship directly from a warehouse in the Netherlands through our trusted carrier partners. Please note for your benefit, there is no added import fee! 

The warehouse ships within the same day if orders are placed Monday-Friday before 11:00 CET. Otherwise, orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. The average delivery time is 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Note, weekends and holidays are not business days, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the order will be processed on shipped on the following business day, Monday.

We have five different delivery options: Pickup location/parcel shops (not available right now), Home Standard, UPS Express Saver, Free delivery on orders above £69 with Home and Free delivery as a Premier, a customer with a yearly subscription with extra benefits. 

Note, Free delivery is not delivered for Express Saver locations. See if you can choose a pickup location near you at check-out or choose Home standard. In case of no pickup location or option for Home Standard delivery, you can choose to upgrade to a Premier membership.

Free Delivery as Premier is with no minimum order required. Plus, free delivery choice of Pickup location and Home Standard. As we don't offer free delivery on Express Saver and if your location only has Express Saver as an option, you will be compensated with a discounted price for Express Saver delivery.

Customs & non-EU

You will always find our prices include VAT and duties, and our delivery rates as fixed. Customers who order for delivery outside the EU or border countries/ territories do not pay VAT on our shop products, as they are subjected to additional local import duties, which will be paid by the customer. The VAT reduction will be visible on your order invoice based on your local VAT reduction.

Delivery locations that can be affected by this are: England, Scotland & Wales, Canary Islands, San Marino, Vatican City, Campione d’Italia – Livigno, Norway Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. If questions, please check your local customs rules or contact our Customer Care.

Returns

You are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee! We don’t just have a 30-day return policy, as many do, we have a 100-day return policy. For more information please go to our Delivery page.

Please add your invoice number, or a copy of your invoice, to identify your returns together with the unopened product(s).

Note, the cost of the return is not covered by us, and if you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Also note, all refrigerated product item(s) are excluded from returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is based on a damaged product during transport to you, we proceed with your refund potentially including the cost of return (based on level and return form). 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is based on a wish to return due to a wrong purchase, we will proceed with the refund as mentioned for the product only.

Replacements

We replace unopened items if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please send us an email at info@lefeurope.com with your request or need for help, and then send your unopened product/products to:

Payment

All prices shown in the online shop are current in EURO € and include VAT and duties, for customers in the EU zone and the United Kingdom. On the UK page, www.lifeextensioneurope.co.uk, you are able to see the pricing in GBP, but all funds for the purchase will be withdrawn in EURO.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number you provided us with at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In case of rejection of your credit card payment attempt, please contact our Customer Care agents.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
