STATUS IN DELIVERY - we are shipping all parcels within the promised timeframe (less than 24 hours on working days, Mon-Fri). Unfortunately, UPS experiences the parcels can be held in transit into the UK for up to 14 days due to border delays. We are doing what we can to deliver your order as fast as possible. Hence, we have created an Ltd company and have prioritized shipping DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you as a customer will not pay any extra duties or tariffs as we are handling this for faster delivery.
