Krill oil

Krill oil is often used for the same reasons as fish oil but is derived from shrimp-like crustaceans called krill.

The omega-3s found in krill oil, mainly bound to phospholipids, are incorporated more rapidly into the red blood cell phospholipids, and quickly absorbed into brain cells.
