It comes primarily from leafy green vegetables. However, there is a catch here as vitamin K1 isn’t well absorbed from these foods.

Vitamin K2 is found in cheese, eggs, and fermented soybeans. It has been shown to be more bioavailable than K1 and to remain active in the body far longer. The MK-7 from of vitamin K2 was demonstrated to stay available in the body for up to 48 hours.

Of course, this formula contains both forms of vitamin K2.

Vitamin D3
